privacy policy

3 Pepper Burrito, LLC (“3 Pepper Burrito” or “we”) may collect and store personally identifiable information about persons who visit this site (“users” or “you”) and voluntarily submit information, like their name, address, telephone number, and email address. We also may use that information to respond to your requests and may use that information to contact you regarding new features on the site, recent developments at 3 pepper Burrito, upcoming events, or other information we think you would like to receive. If you do not want us to use your information to contact you, please opt-out of such use by contacting us at dev@3pepperburrito.com. We may use third parties to help us operate the site or administer activities on our behalf and may share your information with those third parties for those purposes.

Google Analytics

We have enabled Google Analytics to collect data about our traffic through the use of Google advertising cookies and other anonymous identifiers. We use Google Analytics cookies and other cookies to compile data to better understand users and provide users with a more tailored experience. You can opt out of Google Analytics by visiting Google’s opt-out browser add-on website at Google Analytics.

Google AdWords

We use Google AdWords to provide advertisements across the Internet that direct users to our site. We also may use Google’s remarketing technology that enables users who have shown interest in our site to see targeted advertising on sites associated with the Google network. Those advertisements typically are displayed using cookie technology. You can learn more about Google’s use of cookies and how to manage your “Ads Settings,” by visiting Google’s ads settings website at Google Adsense.

Meta

We use Meta’s Facebook and Instagram marketing software and technology, such as the Facebook tracking pixel, to advertise to our users and to monitor their interests in our products and services. You can learn more about Facebook’s privacy and data management policies at its website at Facebook Privacy.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to you. You may opt-out of receiving such communications from us by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for us to process opt-out requests, and your opt-out does not prevent Merchant Partners from contacting you directly. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we believe may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any services you have requested or received from us.

Text Messaging (SMS)

You may choose to sign up for recurring marketing messages and offers via text message from 3 Pepper Burrito. By subscribing to this text messaging program, you consent to receiving text marketing messages at the mobile number you provided to us from us or on our behalf (and our agencies and services providers). You understand consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. We may from time to time transition the number/message platform a text is sent from (i.e. a short code, long code, toll-free number, etc.) to another number/message platform. Each time we will promptly disclose all opt-out information and other legally required information regarding the transition.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time. Just text “STOP” (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE) to the number the text was sent from. After you text “STOP” (or QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE), you will receive a text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive 3 Pepper Burrito text messages from us. Opting out of one form of communication does not mean you’ve opted out of other forms as well. For example, if you opt out of receiving text messages, you may still receive marketing email messages if you’ve opted in to receiving them.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@spendgo.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Please note these terms do not apply to any of our franchisees’ text marketing programs. If you receive text messages from one of our franchisees, you will need to opt out from them directly. Each franchisee is solely and independently responsible for its legal and regulatory compliance.

We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you.

HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:
• Merchant Partners.
Any of the information you provide us may be shared with a Spendgo Merchant Partner when you use the Services at one of their participating locations, if you have signed up for their rewards program, or opted-in to share your information with the Merchant Partner. Merchant Partners are responsible for the communications they send to you, and you should contact them directly to opt-out of receiving marketing messages (email or text messaging).
Other Business and Marketing Partners. We may disclose information we collect about you to unaffiliated third parties, who may use the information to market or advertise to you.
Service Providers. We may disclose information we collect about you to vendors, service providers, contractors, agents or other entities that perform functions on our behalf.
When You Give Consent. We may share information about you with other companies if you give us permission or direct us to share the information.
Business Transfers. We hope this is never the case, but we may transfer information we collect about you to another entity if we are acquired by or merged with another company, if substantially all of our assets are transferred to another company or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding.
In Response to Legal Process. We may disclose information we collect about you in order to comply with the law, a judicial proceeding, court order or other legal process, such as in response to a court order or a subpoena.
To Protect Us and Others. We also may disclose information we collect about you where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or this Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.
Aggregate and De-Identified Information. We may disclose aggregate or de-identified information that we collect about you through your use of our Services for advertising, research, and analytical services.

HOW WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our service providers use cookies and other tracking mechanisms to track information about your use of our Site and Services, and we or our service providers may combine this information with other information collected from you.
Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to make it easier for you to navigate our Site and services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities on our Site and Services. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most Internet browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Site who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Site, but some features may not function as intended.
Clear GIFs, pixel tags and other technologies. Clear GIFs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your computer's hard drive, clear GIFs are embedded invisibly on web pages. We or our service providers may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. web beacons, web bugs, or pixel tags) in connection with our Site to, among other things, track the activities of Site visitors, help manage content, and compile statistics about Site usage. We or our service providers also use clear GIFs in HTML emails to our customers to help us track email response rates, identify when our emails are viewed, and track whether our emails are forwarded.
Third Party Analytics. We use automated devices and applications, such as Google Analytics, to evaluate usage of our Site and, to the extent permitted, our App. We may also use other analytic means to evaluate our Services. We use these tools to help us improve our services, performance, and overall user experiences. These entities may use cookies and other tracking technologies to perform their services. We do not and will never share your personal information with these third parties.
Do-Not-Track. Currently, our systems do not recognize browser "do-not-track" requests. However, you may disable certain tracking on our Site, as discussed in this section (e.g. by disabling cookies), and you may opt-out of certain third party ad networks as described below. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and we encourage you to thoroughly read through their privacy statements as well.
