A love of burritos
This love took us on a journey through Central and South America, on a search for ingredients for the perfect burrito (well, that was part of it). After traveling far and wide by land, sea, air and time travel (have you ever had to ask yourself “how did I get here?”… we think we’ve found everyone’s perfect burrito.
Our idea of a perfect burrito may be different from yours, but with the right ingredients to choose from, a 3 Pepper Burrito is perfect for everyone.
After years of adventures and making new friends, we’ve returned to SW Florida to share our love of burritos with you. In an industrial, laid-back style, you can enjoy your burrito on a tortilla made from scratch right in front of you. It’s an old secret family recipe from a very special senorita. So instead of cruising the internet or the world of social media, take an adventure with us… then share it with #3PB, and keep an eye out as we go through old photos and pictures of our journeys to share.

Justin O’Brien
I’m a Fort Myers, FL native who’s always had a love for food—but what really drives me is business and the opportunity to help others grow. That’s a big part of why Tim and I started 3 Pepper Burrito Co. back in 2014. After years of being franchisees with a national fast-casual brand, we saw firsthand what worked, what didn’t, and where we could do things differently. So, we rolled up our sleeves and set out to build something better—from scratch tortillas to a culture that actually supports its people.
I’m a big believer in doing what’s right both inside and outside the four walls. I’m also a proud husband, devoted dog dad to our golden retriever Tilly, and someone who’s incredibly thankful to be growing a business in the same hometown that shaped me.

Tim Goff
Tim Goff is the co-founder and driving force behind 3 Pepper Burrito, a Southwest Florida favorite known for its fresh, made-from-scratch burritos, tacos, and signature queso.
With a passion for bold flavors and a vision to bring high-quality, fast-casual Mexican dining to the community, Tim opened the first 3 Pepper Burrito with a simple mission: serve amazing food, fast, and always with a personal touch.
As a hands-on owner, Tim can often be found in the restaurants talking with guests, testing new recipes, and ensuring every meal meets the high standards that 3 Pepper Burrito is known for.
Outside of the kitchen, Tim is a devoted husband and proud dad to Austin, Westin, and Charlotte. When he’s not creating the next big menu favorite, you can find him fishing the Florida waters or spending time on his center console boat.
Tim’s dedication to quality, community, and family is at the heart of everything 3 Pepper Burrito does—making it more than just a place to eat, but a place where friends and families come together over great food.

Ray Smith
Franchise Trainer
Ray Smith is the Corporate Franchise Trainer at 3Pepper Burrito, bringing over 20 years of experience in the fast-casual dining industry. His career spans leadership roles at Panera Bread, Qdoba Mexican Eats, and most recently, 3Pepper, where he joined in 2015 as the General Manager of its first location in Cape Coral, Florida. As of 2021, Ray has advanced to our Corporate Franchise Trainer. Known for his ability to train and develop high-performing teams, Ray has earned multiple industry awards and recognition for operational excellence. At 3Pepper, he plays a key role in innovating procedures and recipes that enhance guest satisfaction and support franchise growth.

Shaun Bittner
Vice President of Operations, 3 Pepper Burrito Co.
Shaun Bittner brings over 15 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry to his role as Vice President of Operations at 3 Pepper Burrito Co. Since joining the company in 2019, Shaun has played a key role in scaling operations, driving team development, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all locations.
Before joining 3 Pepper Burrito Co., Shaun served as a multi-unit manager for both Bass Pro Restaurants and First Watch Restaurants. During his decade-long tenure in those roles, he developed a strong foundation in operational excellence, team leadership, and customer service that continues to shape his approach today.
Shaun is passionate about creating a culture that prioritizes quality, efficiency, and hospitality—a combination that supports both team success and guest satisfaction.
