Originally from Hollywood, Florida, Cory Lanford brings over 30 years of restaurant management experience to the 3 Pepper Burrito Co. franchise system. A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management, Cory has built a career rooted in operational excellence, team development, and a passion for delivering great guest experiences.

His background includes 8 years in management with Hooters, followed by 10 years as a General Manager Trainer with Wendy’s, where he played a key role in training and leading high-performing teams. Cory joined 3 Pepper Burrito Co. in 2017 as a District Manager, where he spent three and a half years supporting operations across the brand before transitioning into ownership.

For the past five years, Cory has owned and operated two 3 Pepper Burrito Co. locations. His leadership is grounded in hands-on experience, strong team culture, and a deep understanding of the quick-service space—making him a vital part of the brand’s continued success.
