Since opening his first location in 2002, Mark expanded his operations to manage up to six stores across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Estero, Florida. Throughout his career, he developed deep expertise in operational excellence, customer service, and team leadership.

Mark is known for his commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. His strategic focus on innovation, community engagement, and sustainable growth helped elevate the Subway brand in his region, building a loyal customer base and fostering strong, long-term relationships with employees. Mark successfully led his business until its sale in October 2023.
